You are solely responsible for the content, legality, confidentiality, and appropriate handling of every file you upload, download, store, or share through this service.
Lawful use only. By using this service you represent, warrant, and agree that you will use it solely to store and transfer data that you have the lawful right to store, transmit, and share, and that your use will comply with all applicable laws. Uploading, storing, transmitting, sharing, or requesting any illegal content, or any content you are not authorized to distribute, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and referral to law enforcement.
Automated content scanning. Files uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted through this service may be scanned, hashed, analyzed, or otherwise reviewed automatically or programmatically, including by automated systems and third-party tools, to detect child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child sexual exploitation material (CSEM/CSM), malware, and material that infringes copyright or violates the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other laws. Suspected child sexual abuse material will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and the associated files, metadata, and account information may be preserved and disclosed accordingly.
DMCA and copyright. This service operates in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Do not upload or share material that infringes any third party's copyright. Claimed infringement may be reported to the operator's designated agent; the operator may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Section 230. This service is an interactive computer service within the meaning of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). All files and content are provided by users, who are the information content providers solely responsible for the content they upload, store, transmit, or receive. The operator does not and cannot review all content, is not treated as the publisher or speaker of any user-provided content, and is not liable for it. Consistent with 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(2), the operator may in good faith restrict access to, remove, or refuse to transmit any content it considers unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, without thereby waiving any protection or assuming any liability.
Indemnification. By using this service you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TLISD, its operators, owners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the files you transmit or receive, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
